Juan-Luis Panizo
Juan-Luis is the founder and director of Spanish Millennium. He holds a degree in economics from Universidad de Lima in Peru and a masters in management from Boston College. Juan-Luis has been in the Spanish teaching sector since 2008, teaching his language, sharing his culture and enjoying meeting new people every day. JP, as his friends call him, founded Spanish Millennium in response to the need for not only learning a language but also for learning about other cultures.

Ygor Fuentes
Ygor has multiple years of teaching experience and multiple language proficiencies, including Latin and Greek.
Mr. Fuentes holds a Certification as a DELE examiner and as a teacher of Spanish as a second Language from Academia Cervantes. He also holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Zulia, Venezuela.


Ada Plascencia
Ada is a certified translator and interpreter who also holds a Bachelor degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences in International Security and Conflict Resolution from The University of Nebrija, Madrid, Spain. She also holds a paralegal degree from The University of San Diego, California.
Ada is currently an English and Spanish tutor with experience in helping students of all ages and levels, through group and one-on-one tutoring, coaching, and mentoring.

Jose Belliard
Jose is originally from the Dominican Republic but has been living in Madrid and Valencia for more than 10 years.
Jose has experience teaching Spanish, French and English to students of levels from beginners to advanced since 2004 in both NY and Europe.
Jose holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from the State University of New York at New Palz and a BPSS New York City ESL teaching license.
Luisa Marin
Luisa has a 9-year experience as a bilingual teacher in Texas. She has served as a Spanish tutor to corporate adults in the fields of oil & gas, education and business. She is certified as a business and healthcare translator and bilingual interpreter.

Carla Panizo
Carla is the director of Latin America Immersion trips and is also a Spanish tutor. Carla holds a degree in economics from Universidad de Lima, Peru with a banking and business background. In addition to her undergraduate studies in Peru, she earned a Master's in Business Administration from Boston College / Hult International Business School.


Rafael De las Heras
With over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish and English in different countries, Rafael is currently working for the British Council and for Spanish Millennium as teacher and Immersion trips host.
As a teacher, Rafael uses a student-centered approach, focusing on the learner’s individual goals. He makes use of technology and video aids to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Rafael holds an MA in English and Spanish studies from the University of Málaga, Spain.

Montse Gil
Montse has 12 years of experience in teaching Spanish as a second language to students of all ages and levels, but mainly children and teenagers. She holds a bachelor degree in Teaching from Universidad de Cadiz, España, and a master in Psychology of Education from Universidad de Granada, España. She has been working for DCPS in a dual language school as a Spanish teacher since 2014, working with all different grades.
Anabel Gual
Anabel holds a degree in Hispanic Philology from “Universidad de Alicante¨ She also holds a master degree in education from Üniversidad Catolica de Valencia. Anabel is certified for preparation for the DELE exam from Academia Cervantes.
Ms. Gual has experience teaching Spanish as a second language to students from all ages and levels.

Juan Alave
Juan holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from “Universidad Mayor de San Marcos” Lima, Perú. He also speaks English and some German on top of Spanish that is his mother tongue.
Mr. Alave has experienced teaching Spanish since 2008 including redaction and literature in Peru and Spanish as a second Language in Basel, Switzerland and also online. Juan has experience with students of all levels,
